Every Brick Slip Systems installation is built around the seamless integration of three essential elements, engineered to work together as a complete façade system.
1. Carrier Boards
The structural base of the system, available as:
Fibre cement tracker boards — A1 non-combustible, durable and precision-milled
EPS insulation carrier boards — lightweight, thermally efficient and slip-ready
Brick slips can be adhered to our tracker panels using specially formulated cladding adhesive and colour-matched pointing mortar. This process drastically reduces time, labour and complexity compared to traditional brick laying.
2. Insulation Options
Systems can be supplied:
Uninsulated, where insulation is already within the wall build-up
With EPS insulation backing, either:
Unmilled or milled – EPS boards support slips directly
Flame-retardant insulated backing, bonded to fibre cement panels for a fully integrated insulated façade

All brick slips are available with specialised formats: L-shaped corner pistols, pistol slips, header fascias and fascia slips. These ensure clean, professional detailing around openings, edges and returns.

The Process
Step 1 — Choose Your Brick Slip Finish
Select from a wide range of real clay brick slips including reds, multis, buffs, greys and rustic blends. This ensures your project matches existing brickwork or achieves a new aesthetic.
Step 2 — Prepare the Substrate
Ensure the background surface is suitable for installation. Our brick slip carrier boards can be easily applied to most substrates: masonry, concrete, timber frame or light-gauge steel, depending on the system.
Step 3 — Install & Point the Slips
Finally apply slips to the pre milled tracker lines using an appropriate cladding adhesive . After curing, joints are quickly pointed with colour matched pointing mortar to create the full brickwork appearance and flawless finish.
